Preparing for the SAT and ACT can be relatively easy if the right approach is taken. We make this process manageable and achievable for students who struggle in math or reading. The key is to break up the test into its fundamentals and to examine each thoroughly.
All of our hints, tips, and strategies will be revealed to you over the course of 10 sessions in 2 hour increments, but trust us … the time flies by. Students will experience a significant increase in their scores and be able to do all of the following:
• Write a clear, detailed, and efficient essay
• Identify errors and corrections in grammar and writing
• Boost vocabulary
• Review crucial math concepts and formulas
• Comprehend long reading passages quickly
• Learn to use your time on the test wisely
High school students are constantly juggling numerous responsibilities – whether it’s a mountain of homework, team practice, club meetings, work after school, family vacation, or even a last-minute doctor’s appointment; their schedules are constantly changing.
We realize the most important factor in student’s and parent’s lives is flexibility, and it’s the reason we keep our schedules flexible as well; although, a structure and consistency do help along the way.
All materials are provided to students who sign up for the 10 course package. If students choose to pay session-by-session, materials are not included. Also, there is a moderate amount of homework after each session, but we do not overwhelm students with numerous tests (unless they want us to!)
Students who get the most out of this course always arrive on time, complete all of their homework, and bring questions for each session. SAT and ACT scores will inevitably increase if all 3 of these suggestions are met.
One of the major advantages of this course is its small enrollment. You may choose to prep with a few friends or just by yourself, thus a very friendly and personal environment is fostered for all students involved.
Ultimately, you will gain all of the skills that are needed to receive high scores on the SAT and ACT.
